How long can I test hakuna for free?

hakuna can be trialed for 14 days free of charge and without obligation. Just register here.

If you are happy with hakuna after the trial period, you can simply subscribe online.

What are the costs for setup, maintenance and support?

None! Everything is included in the price. There are no additional costs for setup, maintenance or support.

How is my usage calculated?

You can add or remove users as you like. We automatically adjust the price depending on the number of active users. New users are billed for the remaining billing period. Deactivated or removed users yield a credit (applicable for future invoices).

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time to the end of the billing period. You can easily export your data beforehand.

What payment options are supported?

hakuna is billed in advance and can easily be paid by credit card (monthly or yearly) or by invoice (yearly).

What are the benefits of a subscription?

With a subscription, you only pay for what you use. We also make sure that your hakuna is always up to date. You will receive new features and updates free of charge and without installation.

Do you offer special discounts?
